In the post-Moore era, integrated circuits are advancing toward deeper interdisciplinary integration and broader application frontiers. The Emerging Technologies and Future Electronics forum highlights cutting-edge areas including brain-inspired intelligence, flexible bioelectronics, sustainable electronics, and silicon photonics. It fosters cross-disciplinary and cross-scale innovation to explore next-generation electronic systems driven by new materials, mechanisms, and architectures—advancing the transformative evolution of IC technologies for future intelligent societies.

后摩尔时代的集成电路正迈向多学科深度融合、应用边界不断拓展的新阶段。"新兴技术与未来电子学" 分论坛聚焦类脑智能、柔性生物电子、绿色可持续电子、硅光子技术等前沿方向,鼓励跨学科、跨领域的协同创新,探索新材料、新机制与新计算架构赋能下的未来电子体系,共同推动集成电路技术在下一代智能社会中的升级变革。
